TRSA counts on volunteers in order to bring the best possible playing experience to its young athletes, and it would be impossible for us to operate without them.

We need volunteers for the following tasks.
- Summer Coaches and team managers – House and Travel
- Fall Travel Coaches and team managers
- Writing a short newsletter 3 times per year
- Site Coordinator in each city (observe the fields for issues)
- Fall 4v4 director for U6 – U8
-Equipment Assistance
-Coaching(eg. 2 days per volunteer)
- donations or charitable giving
- Take down nets in the Fall
- Tournament - Signs & Corner Flags
-Goal Moving
-Tent & Equipment set up and take down
-Field Marshals
- Evaluations - Player check-ins
- Fundraising - guidance for travel teams
